RE-COMMISSIONING AND RETRO-COMMISSIONING

Retro-commissioning is a process that involves the application of commissioning procedures to an existing system or facility, in order to improve its overall performance. At Pact Engineering we develop project-specific retro-commissioning plans especially for resolving problems that might have developed throughout the building’s life.

Re-commissioning is a re-optimization process for existing buildings that have already been either commissioned or retro-commissioned. During re-commissioning, a building undergoes another commissioning process mostly due to changes in building ownership and/or its usage in whole or in part. As the commissioning authority,Pact Engineering will establish a plan for no-cost , low-cost and capital investments to improve the energy consumption in buildings.
