Case: Town of Caledon
Project Description: Caledon Town Hall occupies 65,000 sq ft of office space comprised of municipal offices, council chambers and the Town Hall café. The facility was constructed in 1974. It currently operates year-round mainly on a five-day per week schedule. The scope of work included providing consulting services to achieve verifiable operational improvements in the HVAC systems, water usage and lighting through re-commissioning of the facility while maintaining occupancy during the operations.
