Project Description: Pact Engineering provides re-commissioning services for St. Oscar Romero Catholic Secondary School in collaboration with Natural Resources Canada and Enerlife Consulting. In this project, HVAC and Building Automation systems are being investigated. HVAC system includes 11 AHUS, 120+ VAVs, boiler plant, and chiller and cooling tower plants
