OPP Technological Crime Unit (HRC B20) Design and Construction

Project Description: The Huronia Regional Centre (HRC) is a landmark facility on a prominent 107-hectare site. The site contains 50 buildings, ranging in age from the mid-19th to the late 20th century.
The facility (building 20) is about 16,500 sq ft and was built in 1963. The building was decommissioned in 2008 and remained unoccupied until OPP E-crime unit moved in.
The purpose of this project was to combine the stakeholders located in separate locations into building 20 complete with all of the amenities required for their ongoing job function.
