New secondary school with Childcare and Training Facility

Project Description: This project has been initiated to install a new flat roofing system, provide the installation of new mechanical cooling and distribution equipment and the replacement of the existing BAS system, and improve building operational efficiency and performance. This project was a very challenging project. The health lab in Kingston at the time was an existing building with the ongoing and critical operation. The project involved extensive modifications and upgrades to the building’s HVAC system and BAS. The goal was to phase and plan the physical works to somehow have no interruption to the ongoing operation of the health labs and monitor and observe the cross-contamination prevention.
