Project Description: The Cornwall Courthouse AHU & Roof Renewal and Controls & Instrumentation Projects have been initiated to provide the partial renewal of roofing surface, the installation of new mechanical equipment including 7 rooftop units and the replacement of existing BAS system at Courthouse to accommodate changes/renewal to District Heating Service Agreement and to improve building operation efficiency and performance.
