Case: Hazel McCallion Campus

Project Description: Hazel McCallion Campus Building in Mississauga, occupies 159,000 sq ft. This project was a LEED Gold on a fast-track basis under the government KIP program and on a design-build format. With a construction value of $35,000,000 the project was completed in 16 months. Pact Engineering was the “Compliance Mechanical/Electrical” consultant and the “Commissioning Consultant” for the project.
