Case: Bracebridge Courthouse (Muskoka District)

Project Description: MHPM Project leaders awarded a re-commissioning project for Bracebridge Courthouse and Land registry to Pact Engineering. The original Courthouse was constructed in 1890 and is located in the downtown area of Bracebridge. In 1966 an addition was erected as a response to growing space requirements. In 1985 the Land Registry building was constructed and was attached to the newer portion of the Courthouse. The Land Registry was previously located in another building on a adjacent property.
