Avanti RX Research Lab Plant Expansion

Project Description: The project included 5 clean rooms occupying 1,500+ sq ft, for operation and production. There was also the cryogenic refrigeration system used in an extraction production line. The new clean rooms in Avanti Rx facility are the most modern type of clean room ISO-7 with most advance Accutrol air valves, smart HEPA filtration, JCI building automation and Rotronic monitoring systems.
The integration of three smart systems (Smart HEPA filters, Accutrol Air valves and AHU and RF automation) was a challenge which turned out to be a great achievement in this project.
The great achievement in this project was, Pact Engineering managed to use a standard rooftop unit which was existing in the building as the air system for new clean rooms. The added value for the owner was substantial. By customizing mainstream Air Handling Unit (Packaged rooftop unit), we managed to build the highest standard clean rooms which passed all the third part testing required by the ministry and ISO7 guidelines.
