The Bracebridge Courthouse & Registry office occupies the site at 3 Dominion Street in Bracebridge. The Ministry’s located at the site include the Ministry of the Attorney General, the Ministry of the Solicitor General, the Ministry of Correctional Services and the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services.
The original Courthouse was constructed in 1890 and is located in the downtown area of Bracebridge. In 1966 an addition was erected as a response to growing space requirements. In 1985 the Land Registry building was constructed and was attached to the newer portion of the Courthouse. The Land Registry was previously located in another building on a adjacent property.
