Pact Engineering  is awarded as the Commissioning Authority by Colliers Project Leaders to provide commissioning services for Centenial College, Story Arts Campus, Library Addition/Renovation project at East York. Mechanical,Controls, Electrical and Life Safety systems are included in this project.
