Case: City of Barrie Police Head Quarters

Project Description: The re-commissioning study was conducted at the Barrie Police Head Quarters in the City of Barrie located at 29 Sperling St. The building is 50,000 ft2 and was constructed in 1992. The building was purpose built as a police station and is a 24 hour operation. Recently the facility has been outfitted with two new condensing boilers and a Reliable Controls Building Automation System to control most major pieces of equipment. The rest of the equipment is original to the building.
