Project Description: Pact Engineering provides retro-commissioning services for the multi-unit residential (long term care) building including the buildings HVAC and BAS investigation, preparing recommended measures and monitoring action plan. In this project, the HVAC systems including, geothermal plant, heat pumps, boiler plant, makeup air units, fancoil units and BAS are being investigated.
