Project Description: The OPP General Headquarters is a multi-building site on 63.75 acres. The main OPP GHQ building has 4 stories and makes up the bulk of the space.
Recent studies have determined that specific HVAC
equipment have passed their expected life or operating in a state that promote accelerated
deterioration of the system. It includes the single gas-fired steam boiler serving 22 AHUs, chilled water plant pumps and DCV system have passed their expected life and replacement of them is recommended.
