St John Paul II CSS Re-Commissioning

Project Description: Pact Engineering was selected by TCDSB to provide re-commissioning services for St. John Paul II Catholic Secondary School that occupies 160,000+ sq ft. In this project, Pact Engineering implemented a forensic study on BAS and HVAC systems including AHUs, 130+ VAV boxes and hydronic heating and cooling plants. As result of this study, TCDSB decided to upgrade Building Automation System and renew heating plant.
